Presentation Guidelines

Oral presentation:- Oral sessions consist of a series of individual talks. The time allocated to each oral presentation is 15 minutes including 3 minutes for questions.

Poster presentation:- A poster presentation allows you to interact face to face with people interested in your research. Each poster session lasts around 1 hour. Posters should be no larger than A0 (84 cm wide by 119 cm long) in portrait format (landscape format is not allowed).

Workshop presentation:- Workshop presentations are interactive skills-based discussions that last 40 minutes. Workshops must be interactive, and include practical information that participants can bring back to their communities.

Virtual presentation:- If you are unable to attend the conference, due to funding and time limitation, but still wish to have your paper presented and published, we offer on-line presentation.
Virtual authors can submit PowerPoint presentations in addition to the paper submission. These presentations will be uploaded in the IIARP YouTube conference link or Slide Share link. So that conference participants will have access to all virtual presentations during and after the conference.
You are still required to submit an abstract and one author must pay the registration fee. At the end of the conference, you will receive a certificate of presentation and the digital book of abstracts.


1. Medium of conference

English is the official languages of the conference; the paper should be written and presented in both English.

2. Presentation & Publication (Full paper)

Full paper is requested, if you are also considering publishing your paper.

3. Oral Presentation Only (Abstract)

If you just want to make an oral presentation without paper publication, then you can only submit an abstract.

4. Ethical Standards

Articles submitted to the conference should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be accepted.

5. Formatting and Paper Length Limitation

Please follow the instructions of Template when editing your papers; one registration covers 5-10 pages including tables, figures and references.

Paper Sumission Guidelines

Each paper is limited to 8 to 10 pages normally, additional pages will be charged. Please follow the Conference format.

  • The first page should include the paper's title, the abstract, a list of keywords indicating the paper's topic area(s), the authors' & co author’s full names, affiliations, and e-mail addresses.
  • Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references.
  • Submit your paper via online submission or email to [email protected] in .doc or .pdf format.
  • All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical.
  • Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  • Manuscripts should follow the style of the Conference and are subject to both review and editing.

• Each paper must be 8-10 pages (including the abstract, figures, tables, and references).

• Extra pages will be charged at $5 (US dollars) per extra page.

Once your paper is accepted the registration process begins. You have to complete the following steps.

Step 1 - Registration Fee
It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the proceedings and included in the Technical Program. If an author has got more than one accepted papers, there will be discount on additional papers registration.
In case of First paper, FULL FEE will be charged and in case of additional papers 50% of the total fee per additional paper will be charged (only if the same author is being registered for all the papers).

The regular fee will be charged up to 8 to 10 pages and after that additional USD 5 per additional page will be charged.

Step 2 - Paper submission
All the paper must be submitted as Microsoft word DOC or DOCX format. So that the necessary fine tuning can be done.

Step 3 - Registration
ONLY Email the filled registration form (.doc/.docx format) + final paper/poster/abstract (.doc/.docx format) that you like to publish in the conference proceedings at email id: [email protected]
One registration is must to publish a paper and in that ONLY one person can attend the conference and can get all as mentioned in *ONE Registration Fee above. If co-author also likes to register then each co-author has to pay the mentioned registration fees.
If author has more than one paper in the same conference then the author has to pay ONLY 50% of the total fee in order to publish the additional paper.

Step 4 – Payment
All delegates are requested to contact at [email protected] to get the account detail and to make the payment. Once the payment confirmation is received we will send you a confirmation of registration.

***The registration fee received by IIARP is non refundable. Registration fee includes charges for conference participation only (Day 01). Arrangements and costs of visa, travelling and accommodation are not the responsibility of our organization; they will be borne by the author him/herself.

Proceeding Publication

All abstracts accepted for presentation in this conference will be Double Peer Blind Reviewed and will be published in the conference proceeding with an ISBN.
