Welcome to the IIARP International Conference on the Future of Engineering & Technology (ICFET 2023), held in association with F1000Research (Taylor & Francis) at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on April 30, 2023.

Call for Contributions:
Prospective authors are kindly encouraged to contribute to and help shape the conference through submissions of their research abstracts, papers and posters. Also, high quality research contributions describing original and unpublished results of conceptual, constructive, empirical, experimental, or theoretical work in all areas of engineering, science, technology, management and sub fields are cordially invited for presentation at the conference.

Conference Proceedings & Publications:
All registered abstracts will be published in the conference abstract proceedings with DOI. All the authors are invited to publish their full paper in SCOPUS (Elsevier), Web of Science™ Core Collection, ESCI, indexed journal. All journals are subject to compliance with the journal’s guidelines, terms, and conditions.

1. Abstract Conference Proceedings

All abstracts accepted for presentation will be Double Peer Blind Reviewed and will be published in the Conference Abstract Proceedings with a DOI & ISSN.

2. Research Document Publication

In addition to articles that you would expect to find in traditional journals, IIARP publishes documents, Researchers can publish Posters, Presentation Slides (PPT), which are immediately published with a DOI on the IIARP Publication Gateway to share with the wider community.

Guidelines


Medium of Conference
  • The official language of the conference is English; the paper should be written and presented in both English.
Presentation & Publication (Full paper)
  • A full paper is requested if you are also considering publishing your paper (optional).
Oral Presentation Only (Abstract)
  • If you only want to make an oral presentation without a journal publication, you can only submit an Abstract or Extended Abstract.
Ethical Standards
  • Articles submitted to the conference should report original, previously unpublished research findings, whether experimental or theoretical, and should not be considered for publication elsewhere. We are adamant that ethical behaviour is an essential characteristic of any academic. Consequently, any act of plagiarism is entirely inappropriate academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.
Presentation Category
  • Oral Presentation: Oral presentations that participants contribute to last 15 minutes, plus 5 minutes for questions and discussion. One of the authors or co-authors must give the paper's presentation. Oral presentations must be delivered using either your laptop or the PC (Windows system + Power point) that will be available in the session room. Please bring your laptop or flash drive containing the presentation file to the meeting room. Each presentation will begin with the assistance of a volunteer.
  • Poster Presentation: 36 inches wide by 48 inches high is the maximum poster size (3 ft. x 4 ft.). The actual poster must be printed out on your own. You must assemble your poster the morning of the Opening ceremony and take it down at the conclusion of the session. The poster session requires that at least one of the paper's authors or co-authors be present and available for discussion. In the conference room, posters will be on display.
Submission Guidelines
  • Abstract Submission: The maximum word limit for the Abstract is 250-500 words. Abstracts must be received by the announced deadline.
  • Extended Abstract Submission: The Extended Abstract has a word limit of 1500-300 words. Extended abstracts should not exceed 4 pages including the references
  • Full paper Submission: Submit the full paper only if the committee has officially accepted your abstract. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical.

To confirm your participation in the International Conference on the Future of Engineering & Technology (ICFET-2023), please register by the registration deadline. All delegates are requested to contact [email protected] to get account details and make the payment.

Important Note:

  • To complete registration, make the payment and send us the payment receipt or transaction proof you received after the transaction you made along with the filled-up registration form in scanned copy before the last date for conference registration.
  • Delegates should bear the service charges (if any) of the bank on the sender’s side with registration fees.
  • The registration fees you paid are non-refundable in case you do not attend the conference or withdraw your paper.

To ensure the success of your virtual presentation, you must:

  • 15 minutes before the presentation, be online and available.
  • We'll send a call for a meeting with an embedded video connexion. The Meeting ID and Password are available.
  • Check your Camera & Audio input, Internet connection, and PPT/Slides before you enter a conference call and share your computer.
  • Have a non-distracting environment around you during the presentation.
