All abstracts accepted for presentation will be Double Peer Blind Reviewed and will be published in the Conference Abstract Proceedings with a DOI & ISSN.

In addition to articles that you would expect to find in traditional journals, IIARP publishes documents, Researchers can publish Posters, Presentation Slides (PPT), which are immediately published with a DOI on the IIARP Publication Gateway to share with the wider community.

Guidelines


Medium of Conference
  • The conference's official language is English, therefore, it is required that the paper is written and presented in English.
Presentation & Publication (Full paper)
  • A full paper is requested if you are also considering publishing your paper (optional).
Oral Presentation Only (Abstract)
  • If you only want to make an oral presentation without a journal publication, you can only submit an Abstract or Extended Abstract.
Ethical Standards
  • Articles submitted to the conference should report original, previously unpublished research findings, whether experimental or theoretical, and should not be considered for publication elsewhere. We are adamant that ethical behaviour is an essential characteristic of any academic. Consequently, any act of plagiarism is entirely inappropriate academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.
Presentation Category
  • Oral Presentation: Each presenter will be allotted 10 minutes to deliver their presentation, and we recommend using a PowerPoint presentation to enhance the experience. Additionally, presenters will have 5 minutes for a Q&A session following their presentation.
  • Poster Presentation: 36 inches wide by 48 inches high is the maximum poster size (3 ft. x 4 ft.). During the conference, a time slot will be designated for poster viewing in the program. We kindly request that you attend this session and stand by your poster(s) to engage in discussions and answer questions.
  • Online Presentation (LIVE): Opportunity to do a Live Zoom Presentation at the Conference. Each Presenter will get 10 Minutes to do their Presentation (PPT is Recommended). Each Presenter will have 05 Minutes for Q&A Session.
  • Online Presentation (Rec VIDEO): For participants who prefer to record their presentation rather than presenting live at the conference, we offer the option to submit a pre-recorded 10-minute video presentation. Once recorded, participants should send the video to us for review. During the conference, the organizing committee will play the video during the participant's scheduled presentation slot.
  • Online Poster Presentation: The posters should be submitted as a one-page PowerPoint slide, PDF, or image, which will be presented on Zoom. Poster will be displayed at the Conference for 05 Minutes.
Submission Guidelines
  • Abstract Submission: The maximum word limit for the Abstract is 250-500 words. Abstracts must be received by the announced deadline.
  • Extended Abstract Submission: The Extended Abstract has a word limit of 1500-300 words. Extended abstracts should not exceed 4 pages including the references
  • Full paper Submission: Submit the full paper only if the committee has officially accepted your abstract. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical.

Registration Guidelines

To confirm your participation in the ICGPBS 2023, please register by the registration deadline. All delegates are requested to contact [email protected] to get account details and make the payment.

Important Note:

  • To complete registration, make the payment and send us the payment receipt or transaction proof you received after the transaction you made along with the filled-up registration form in scanned copy before the last date for conference registration.
  • Delegates should bear the service charges (if any) of the bank on the sender’s side with registration fees.
  • The registration fees you paid are non-refundable in case you do not attend the conference or withdraw your paper.

Conference Registration Fees:

Physically: 150 US$

Virtually: 85 US$


  • The acceptance letter will include full information on conference registration & journal publication fees.
  • To secure your participation, please complete the payment of the registration fee for your category as soon as possible. Limited slots are available for each International Conference.
  • The Conference Committee reserves the right to close the registration process before the specified deadlines upon reaching the necessary number of registrations.
  • Virtual participants will receive their e-certificates, e-proceedings, and other conference documents via email on the same day as the conference.
Refund / Cancellation Policy:

The registration fee received by IIARP is non-refundable. The paid amount can be used as a stored credit for any of our upcoming conferences Or Participants can present in the virtual session.

Presentation in Absentia:

If a registered participant can't attend the conference, online participants get digital documents via email, while offline attendees get them by postal/courier after the conference.
