On behalf of the IIARP Organizing Committee, we are pleased to announce that the International Conference on Social Sciences, Humanities & Management Studies (ICSHMS 2022) will be held on April 10, 2022 in Nicosia, Cyprus (and Online). The conference will be organized in HYBRID way, which will allow for both physical and online participation of the attendees.

The ICSHMS 2022 is the premier interdisciplinary forum for students, research scholars, professors, Engineers, academicians & scientists to present their latest research results, ideas, developments, and applications from various social sciences and business-related fields. The conference will bring together leading academic scientists, researchers and scholars in the domain of interest from around the world.

Due to an uncertain COVID-19 situation, that resulted in a very difficult travel restriction for most countries and because of still unknown situation the Organizing Committee is also offering Online participation to the event with Virtual Video Presentation option.

Guidelines

  1. Medium of conference: English is the conference's official language; the paper should be written and presented in both English.

  2. Presentation & Publication (Full paper): Full paper is requested if you are also considering publishing your paper(optional).

  3. Oral Presentation Only (Abstract): If you only want to make an oral presentation without a journal publication, you can only submit an Abstract or Extended Abstract.

  4. Ethical Standards: Articles submitted to the conference should report original, previously unpublished research findings, experimental or theoretical, and should not be considered for publication elsewhere. We strongly believe that ethical behaviour is the essential virtue of any academic. Consequently, any act of plagiarism is entirely inappropriate academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.

  5. Presentation Category:
    • Oral/Virtual Presentation: Opportunity to do a Live Zoom Presentation at the Conference.
    • E-poster Presentation: Electronic poster (e-poster) presentations are similar to traditional poster presentations but presented on a large computer screen.
    • Pre-Recorded Video Presentation: Authors who cannot attend the live session opt for presenting their work in a pre-recorded audio-visual format (.mp4) can avail of this option.

  6. Abstract Submission Guidelines:
    • The abstract should be concise, factual, and state briefly the background, purpose of the research, methodology, the principal results and major conclusions or expected contribution.
    • An abstract is often presented separately from the article, so it must be able to stand alone. For this reason, References should be avoided. Also, non-standard or uncommon abbreviations should be avoided, but if essential they must be defined at their first mention in the abstract itself.
    • Abstract contains neither pictures nor tables, justified, in 12 Times New Roman (font), single spaced, and should not exceed 1000 words.
    • Keywords should be justified, 10 Times New Roman (font), single spaced, and minimum 3 keywords.

  7. Full Paper Submission Guidelines for Journal:
    • Manuscript should be contains minimum 4.000 words and should not exceed 12.000 words including embedded figures and tables, contain no appendix, and the file should be in Microsoft Office (.doc/.docx) or Open Office (.odt) format.
    • Paper should be in prepared in A4 paper (21cm x 29.7cm) using 2.5 cm for inside margin and 2 cm for top, bottom, and outside margin. No need to alter page number in this template as the page number will be reordered at pre-printing process.
    • The title, abstract and main text should be in one column.
    • Title should be less than 15 words, title case, small caps, centered, bold, font type Times New Roman (TNR), font size 16, and single spaced.
    • The main text of the writing should be in one columns with 1 cm column spacing, justified, 12 TNR, first line indent 5 mm, and 1.5 spaced.
    • The manuscript should begin with title, abstract, and keyword and the main text should consist of: Introduction, Literature Review, Research Methodology, Finding and Discussion, Conclusion and Further Research; followed by References.

  • To complete registration, make the payment and send us the payment receipt or transaction proof you received after the transaction you made along with the filled up registration form scanned copy before the last date of conference registration.
  • Delegates should bear the Service Charges (if any) of the bank on the Sender’s Side with registration fees.
  • Submit your Full paper for journal publication only after payment being confirmed by committee.
  • Registration fees you paid are non-refundable in case of not attending the conference or withdrawing the paper.

Presenters who will not be able to perform a live presentation via Zoom must prepare a pre-recorded video presentation.

  • There are many video conferencing software applications to quickly record a presentation. In this method, you can show your face via webcam (if you’d like) and display your slides as you talk.
