Journal Publications

Accepted abstracts and full papers will be considered for publication through the following channels:

  • Conference Proceedings

  • Special Issues in Selected International Journals

All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process in accordance with international academic standards to ensure quality, originality, and scholarly contribution.

Publication Note:

The conference registration fee includes the review and publication of accepted papers in eligible international peer-reviewed conference proceedings and publication outlets designated by the conference organizers.
Authors who wish to publish their papers in Scopus-indexed, Web of Science-indexed (SSCI-SCIE, ESCI), or other premium international journals may do so subject to the journal's editorial requirements, peer-review process, and any applicable additional publication fees. Such fees vary depending on the selected journal and publisher and will be communicated separately after paper acceptance.
Publication in indexed journals cannot be guaranteed and remains subject to the journal's independent review and editorial decision.

Call for Papers

The conference welcomes researchers, academics, PhD candidates, postdoctoral researchers, industry professionals, policymakers, government representatives, entrepreneurs, and technology experts from around the world. It provides a dynamic platform for participants to present their latest research, exchange ideas, discuss emerging trends, and foster collaborations across academia, industry, and government.

Individuals who wish to present their work at the conference, either onsite or virtually, are invited to submit an abstract for review. Upon acceptance of the abstract, authors will receive detailed instructions from the Conference Secretariat regarding full paper submission and registration procedures.

NOTE: PhD scholars are highly welcomed to present their early-stage findings.

We invite proposals for paper presentations, posters/exhibits, virtual lightning talks, virtual posters, or colloquia addressing one of the following themes. Papers may address, but are not restricted to, the main theme from any of the following sub-themes. Unlisted but related sub-topics are also acceptable.

Guidelines

Medium of Conference
  • The conference requires all papers to be written and presented in English as it's the official language.
Presentation Formats
  • Oral Presentation Only (Abstract): For an oral presentation preference without a journal publication, submit an Abstract.
  • Presentation & Publication (Full paper): A full paper is requested if you are also considering publishing your paper (optional).
Submission Guidelines
  • Abstract Submission: Abstracts should fall within 250-500 words and must be submitted before the specified deadline.
  • Extended Abstract Submission: Extended abstracts are limited to 800-1500 words, not exceeding 4 pages, including references.
  • Full Paper Submission: Submit a full paper after the committee officially accepts your abstract. All submissions must present original, unpublished research, whether experimental or theoretical.
Presentation Category
  • Oral/Poster Presentation (Onsite): Live at Yango University, Fuzhou (10–15 minutes)
  • Online Presentation (LIVE): We welcome live presentations via Zoom (10–15 minutes).
  • Video Presentation (Recorded Video): Pre-recorded presentation videos will be available permanently on the IIARP Conference YouTube channel (5–7 minutes).

Registration Guidelines

To attend the conference, registration is essential. This will grant you access to the scheduled presentations listed in the conference agenda/program, as well as provide you with the opportunity to access abstracts and/or published papers.

Important Note

  • To complete registration, make the payment and send us the payment receipt or transaction proof you received along with the filled-up registration form (scanned copy) before the last date for conference registration.
  • Delegates should bear the bank service charges (if any) on the sender's side with registration fees.
  • The registration fees you paid are non-refundable in case you do not attend the conference or withdraw your paper.

A convenient way of sharing and discussing.

  • Online (Live) Presentation: Make sure you're online and ready 15 minutes before the presentation. We'll send you a meeting invitation with a video link. You'll find the Meeting ID and Password there. Before joining the call, please check that your camera, audio, internet connection, and presentation slides are all working smoothly. Also, make sure you're in a quiet, distraction-free environment for the presentation.
  • Pre-Recorded Video: In this method, you can show your face via webcam (if you'd like) and display your slides as you talk. You can use any meeting software (Zoom) as long as you have good recording quality and your final file is in MP4 format. Or Create a Voice Over PPT and convert to MP4 video.
